出生於香港。在二零一二年畢業於澳洲墨爾本皇家理工大學（與香港藝術學院合辦）藝術文學士學位。她曾在小學任識教學助理六年，這些工作經驗，培育了她與孩子的溝通方式和率領團體的技巧。現在她更與不同的社區機構、劇場和藝術家合作，嘗試從多方面去體驗創作或培育的工作。
